Custom 3D Printed Play Tray
Have an idea for a play tray you can’t find in our collection? Let’s make it!
Our Custom Play Tray gives you the option to request your own simple design, whether it’s a favourite animal, flower, vehicle, birthday theme or something special to your little one.
Each tray is designed and 3D printed by Wonder Seekers Sensory Play in Brisbane, and measures approximately 18cm along its longest side.
Perfect for playdough, sensory bases, loose parts, small world play and all kinds of creative setups.
How It Works
Simply add a Custom Play Tray to your cart and let us know what you’d like in the box provided.
You’re welcome to include a brief description of your idea. Once your order is placed, I’ll get in touch if I need any more information before designing your tray.
Please Keep in Mind
- Custom trays are approximately 18cm along the longest side
- Some ideas may need to be simplified or adjusted to create a functional play tray
- I’m unable to recreate copyrighted or licensed characters, logos or artwork
- Custom designs may be added to the Wonder Seekers range in the future
- Please allow up to 10 business days for custom designs to be created and printed
Product Care
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth or rinse gently after use
- Dry thoroughly before storing
- Do not leave submerged in water for extended periods
- Not dishwasher safe
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat
Please Note
Recommended for children aged 3+ with adult supervision.
Each tray is 3D printed, so small layer lines and minor variations are a normal part of the printing process.

Care Instructions
To keep your Wonder Seekers 3D printed products looking their best:
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use.
- Allow to air dry completely before storing.
- Do not place in the dishwasher or soak in water.
- Store out of direct sunlight and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, as PLA may warp.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- With proper care, your 3D printed products will provide years of imaginative play.
Materials
Our Wonder Seekers sensory trays, cutters, rollers and play tools are proudly designed and 3D printed in Brisbane, Australia.
They are printed using PLA, a durable, plant-based plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch.
Each piece is individually printed, so slight variations in colour or finish are a normal part of the 3D printing process.
Safety Information
- Recommended for children aged 3 years and over.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Designed for sensory and imaginative play.
- Inspect regularly for signs of damage and discontinue use if any part becomes cracked, broken or damaged.
Warnings
- Contains small parts that may present a choking hazard.
- Not intended for children who still mouth objects.
- Avoid exposure to excessive heat, including hot cars or direct sunlight, as PLA may soften or warp.
- This product is intended as a play resource and is not a food preparation utensil.
