Thank you so much for supporting Wonder Seekers Sensory Play. Every order is carefully packed from our little Brisbane studio, and we can't wait for it to arrive at your door.

Processing Times

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During new product launches, holiday periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

If you've placed an order for a custom or personalised item, we'll let you know the expected turnaround time before your order is dispatched.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Local Pick Up

If local pick up is available, you'll be able to select this option at checkout. We'll contact you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we're unable to control delivery delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Wonder Seekers Sensory Play is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wonder Seekers Sensory Play cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.
