Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing wonderseekerssp@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (where applicable)
We'll assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law if an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
Return postage costs for approved warranty or fault claims will be discussed during the claims process.
