Cancellation Policy

Wonder Seekers Sensory Play Booking Policy By booking a session, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. 1. Bookings & Payments • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or email • Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come basis • Payment is required at time of booking • Session fees are non-refundable and include all materials + facilitation Term Passes • 4-session passes must be used within the same term • Passes are non-transferable unless approved 2. Special Events & Holiday Workshops • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled • Term passes cannot be used for special events • If you can no longer attend, you may gift your ticket to a friend (written notice required) Special events involve additional costs, planning & resources. Thank you for supporting our small business. 3. Weekly Session Cancellations & Rescheduling • No refunds for change of mind or illness • You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member (written notice required) • Reschedules require 24 hours’ notice and must be booked within the same term • No-shows and late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled If Wonder Seekers cancels a session, you may choose a credit or refund. 4. Supervision & Safety • Parents/caregivers must actively supervise children at all times • Sessions include small parts, water, sensory materials & messy play • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment • Please disclose allergies and bring any required medication Wonder Seekers Sensory Play is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents. 5. Arrivals, Duration & Weather • Sessions start and finish on time; no refunds or extra time for late arrivals • Locations and times may occasionally change; updates via email/socials • In severe weather, sessions may move or reschedule. If you can’t attend, a credit may be offered (no refunds) 6. Media Consent We may take photos/videos during sessions for marketing. If you'd like to opt-out, please let us know before the session or on arrival. By booking, you agree to: Supervise your child at all times, accept the risks of sensory play, and follow staff guidance during sessions.
