Service Description
Wonder Seekers Special Events Come along and celebrate with us—Wonder Seekers style. These sessions are a little extra special, with all the sensory fun you love plus themed crafts, a shared morning tea, and time to slow down and connect. Each event runs for 90 minutes and includes: A magical messy play setup A take-home craft for each child Light shared morning tea Tickets are per child, as each one receives their own craft and food. Siblings are welcome at a discounted rate. Perfect for ages 6 months and up. Our special events are designed around seasonal celebrations and family moments—playful, meaningful, and just the right amount of messy. It’s a chance to create memories without worrying about the clean-up at home. 2025 Special Events Easter – Saturday 12th April Mother’s Day – Sunday 27th April Father’s Day – Sunday 31st August Halloween – Date TBC Christmas – Sunday 14th December These sessions usually book out fast once tickets go live—so keep an eye out. Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy. 1. Booking, Fees & Payments All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or email. Limited spots are first-come, first-served. Session fees are non-refundable and cover all materials and facilitation costs. Full payment required at booking via our online system. 4-session passes must be used within the same term; non-transferable unless approved. Special Events: Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled, and cannot be transferred to another session. Term passes are not valid for special events. You may give your pass to a friend if you can no longer attend (written notice required). 2. Reschedules & Cancellations (Standard Weekly Sessions) No refunds for change of mind or illness. You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member (written notice required). Reschedules require 24-hour notice and must be within the same term. No-shows and late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If Wonder Seekers Sensory Play cancels a session, you will be offered a credit or refund. 3. Supervision & Safety Parents/caregivers must supervise children at all times. Activities include small parts, water, and messy play. Allergy Awareness: We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents must disclose allergies and bring necessary medication. Wonder Seekers Sensory Play is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents. 4. Late Arrivals & Session Duration Sessions start and end as scheduled. No refunds or extra time for late arrivals. 5. Location & Weather Changes Session times/locations may change; updates via email/social media. In severe weather, we attempt to relocate or reschedule. No refunds if unable to attend; credit may be offered. 6. Media & Photography We may photograph/video sessions for marketing. Opt-out by notifying us in advance or at the session. By booking, you acknowledge and assume all risks and agree to supervise your child at all times.
