Service Description
Designed for children aged 3+, this hands-on workshop combines creative play, sensory exploration and a little bit of magic. Children will have the opportunity to mix, fizz, scoop and experiment at a variety of potion-themed stations before creating their very own take-home potion kit. Each child booked as a Potion Maker will build a personalised potion kit to continue the fun at home, making this both a workshop and a ready-made school holiday activity for later. Double win! ✨ The take-home potion kit includes: 🧪 Potion fizz tub 🌸 Dried flower confetti 💧 Activator water Younger siblings are welcome to attend with a Younger Sibling ticket. While the workshop is designed for children aged 3+, younger siblings will have access to designated sensory play stations and age-appropriate activities. Younger Sibling tickets do not include participation in the potion kit activity or a take-home potion kit. Please note that potion ingredients and workshop materials are shared among participants. Scoops and serving tools will be provided to help ensure each child receives a fair share and there is plenty for everyone to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy
School Holiday Workshop Booking Policy By booking a Wonder Seekers School Holiday Workshop, you agree to the following: • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Due to the preparation involved and materials being purchased specifically for the number of children booked, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. • If your child is unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another child of an appropriate age. Please notify Wonder Seekers Sensory Play in writing prior to the workshop. • Bookings close for school holiday workshops on 25th June 2026. Materials and workshop supplies will be prepared based on final booking numbers at this time. • Parents/caregivers are required to remain with and supervise their child for the duration of the workshop. • While every effort is made to provide a safe play environment, Wonder Seekers Sensory Play cannot guarantee an allergen-free space. Please advise of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking. • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Wonder Seekers Sensory Play reserves the right to relocate, modify, reschedule or cancel the workshop. If Wonder Seekers cancels the workshop and an alternative cannot be offered, a refund will be provided. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
